Patrick Andrew 'Pat' Penny

December 1, 1956 - April 15, 2022
It is with shattered hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected end of Pat's journey.
Pat was deeply loved and will forever live in the hearts of his wife & soul-mate Jeannie, daughter Paige, parents Jack and Jackie, sisters Jo Ann and Lee (Marty), brothers Scott (Merrit) and Chris, nephews Max and Ty Penny, lifetime friends Randy and Anne Wilson, numerous extended family, colleagues and his many friends.
Pat was predeceased by his daughter Taryn in 2020.
In his criminal law practice, Pat enjoyed actively fighting for his clients. He was an active member of the Alberta Bar Association, practicing law for 39 years.
From the age of 15, Pat was very active in competitive sports including tennis, curling, rugby and in the last 6 years he was a top competitor in pickleball. Pat enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. He enjoyed socializing and meeting new people but found peace and serenity being at home. Pat lived by his own rules, and he always made a lasting impression.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday May 28 at 1pm at the Winspear Ballroom at the Radisson Hotel 6500 - 67 Street Red Deer, Alberta.
