Pat Reid passed away peacefully at the Quesnel Hospital on May 15 after a brief but hard fought battle with cancer.
After completing his schooling in Red Deer Pat went to work surveying for the AB Government. He then moved to BC to work for BC Hydro and then joined West Fraser Forest Products. He was employed in BC and AB with West Fraser until his retirement.
Pat will be missed by his daughter Courtney (Travis) and their children Easton and Treyden, his son James and the mother of their children, Carol. He is also survived by his brothers Jim (Maggie) and Bill (Juanita) and their families. Pat will be fondly remembered by his Aunt Marion, several cousins and many Red Deer and Sundre friends.
