With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear mother, Reenee, as she was called to heaven on December 22, at the age of 92. Reenee will be sadly missed and leaves to mourn her daughters Christine (Jerry), Sheila (Keith), and Gail (Matt); Grandchildren Nicole (Rob), Stuart (Nicole), Noel (Katherine), and Sophie; grandchildren Liam and Jacob; Brother Gerald Mitchinson, numerous nieces and nephews, other family members and many friends. Reenee was predeceased by her parents, Fred and Ruby Mitchinson; brothers Harold and George, and sister-in-laws Olive, Dot and Doreen.
The family would like to thank Dr. Thompson for her support over the years, and to the Points West Living and Revera Inglewood for her care. Due to Covid restrictions, a private graveside service was held for the immediate family. Reverend Janet Richardson of Stettler United Church officiated. A celebration of life will be announced in 2021. In lieu of flowers, memorial Donations in memory of Reenee are gratefully accepted to the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories.
