RENTZ On January 31, 2005, Mrs. Alice Rentz of Ponoka passed away at the age of 78 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Glen Rentz; children Garry (Sandi) of Red Deer, Caroline of Japan, Rodney (Lynn) of Ponoka and Audrey (Brian) Russell of Ponoka; ten grandchildren: Steven, Greg, Angie, Jason, Lisa, Leslie, Catherine, Tim, Krystin and Joshua; six great-grandchildren; brothers Richard (Selma) Bartel of Camrose, Sid Bartel of Edmonton and Jerry Bartel of Onoway; and her sister Tillie (Gary) Liske of Ponoka. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 7, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ponoka First Baptist Church, 5109-57th Avenue, Ponoka, with the Interment Service following at Forest Home Cemetery. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta or Ponoka Home Care.
