In Loving Memory ~ (1940-2021)
Richard passed away peacefully in Victoria, B.C. on Saturday, September 25 at the age of 81. He is survived by his adult children, Carla, Sara, Devon, and Ashleigh, and their families and his siblings Stanley, Larry and Loree. He was predeceased by his son Shannon.
As per his wishes, there will be no service.
