November 15, 1948 - October 10, 2018
It is with regret that the family of Robert Alfred Brewin announces his passing October 10th, 2018, in Terrace, British Columbia. Robert (Bob) was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, November 15th, 1948, the first of three children.
Bob's richest life experiences came from raising his family on a farm west of Blackfalds, breeding black Angus cattle, driving his team of Belgian horses and forging a career in the oil and gas fields of the mountains and prairies. Recently he found a new happiness in Terrace, BC.
Bob is survived by his three children: Robert (Catherine), Terra (Tim) Hazlett, and Jessica, along with grandchildren: Constance, Adam, Madison, Olivia, Emily, Carter, Lachlan, Lillian, and Harley: his sister Janet (Kent) Preston and their family, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his wife Elsie, brother Jim and companion Linda. The family wishes to thank Jennifer (niece) and Matt Haas, for their constant care and love of Bob while in Terrace.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Simon House Recovery Centre, Calgary.
The Celebration of Life will be held December 1, 2018 at Gaetz Memorial United Church Hall at 11:30am, 4758 - Ross Street Red Deer.
