In loving memory ~
With great sadness we announce the sudden and peaceful passing of Robert (Bob)William Toker on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, during an afternoon nap in his favorite chair. We celebrated his 80th birthday on August 12th. He is survived by June, his loving wife of 53 years, two sons, Trent (Paige) and Bryan (Randi), his cherished granddaughter Summer Dawn (his little Mushka) his sisters Patricia (Bob), Candy (Bruce), sister-in-law Laurie (John), ten nieces and nephews, two uncles, Edward Toker (Olive) and George Gushatty (June), his golf buddies, special friends Robert Darahoj,Tony Almeida, and Karl McKinley, plus coworkers and many friends made throughout the years. He was predeceased by his parents, Fred and Helen Toker, and sister Karen Toker.
'Bob' was a Machinist and Tool and Die Maker doing the work he loved, a caring and supportive husband, father, and grandfather, enjoyed golfing, watching all sports, an avid Winnipeg Jets fan, taking cruises with June, a creative cook (especially preparing huge meals for Christmas dinner), and he gave candies to everyone who crossed his path. His friendliness, compassion and caring heart, his enormous smile and boisterous laugh will be missed.
I saw you yesterday, everywhere I looked. Forever, June
