Rowland Wilfrid Cale entered peacefully to be with the Lord with his family by his side at the Red Deer Hospice on Thursday, July 17 2014 at the age of 83 years. Rollie is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years Gladys; son Doug (Lorraine); daughter Carol (Lloyd); four grandchildren Cristal (Stephen), Tiffani (Dave), Ashley (Jason), Steven (Nikki); two step grandchildren Stephen and Dustin and two great grandchildren Tristan and Shayla. Also surviving Rollie are brothers Milo (Beth) and Ken (Doris); sisters-in-law Lil and Emily as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Rollie was predeceased by his parents and two brothers Elvin and Don. A Celebration in honor of Rollie's life will be held at the CrossRoads Church, located at the SW Corner of 32 Street and Highway 2, Red Deer, Alberta on Friday, July 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Those attending the service are requested to use the north east Chapel entrance. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Red Deer Hospice Society, 99 - Arnot Ave, Red Deer AB T4R 3S6. Condolences to Rollie's family may be emailed to
