RUTTLE 1929 - 2009 Ruttle, Clarence Richard, Eckville, AB. It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that Clarence's family announces his peaceful passing in his sleep Saturday March 21 2009 at Lacombe Hospital at the age of 79. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Julie Ruttle, one son Philip Ruttle of Edson, 3 daughters, Colleen Homme (Don) of Red Deer, Rhonda Warrener of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and Lee Anne Clarke (John) of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, 6 grandchildren; Steaven and Paige Homme, Bobby, Brett and Ryan Henry and Marla Clarke, and one brother Archie Ruttle (Anne) of Climax Saskatchewan. He was predeceased by his mother and father Roy Cecile Ruttle and Helen Mae Lewis and his baby daughter Clarine Mae Ruttle. A celebration of Clarence's life will take place on Saturday March 28 at 1 pm at the Red Deer Funeral Home and Crematorium (6150 - 67 Street, Red Deer, AB). Interment will take place at a later date in Bracken, Saskatchewan. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of Clarence's doctors, nurses, caregivers and medical staff at the Lacombe Hospital, Eckville Medical Clinic and Eckville Home Care. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial tributes be made to Canadian Diabetes Association, Alberta Lung Association or the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
