It is with great sadness that Sandra Butler Ladwig passed away early in the morning on August 28, 2023. She worked for the City of Red Deer for some years and served as a Rebekah. She is noted for her efforts in reuniting birth families and getting the adoption records open. She is lovingly remembered by her family and friends and was publicly known as the “bracelet lady” since she would give a bracelet to just about everyone she met! The funeral will be held at Crossroads Church on Saturday, September 23 at 10:30 a.m. Luncheon and Internment to follow.
