It is with very heavy hearts that we have to announce the sudden passing of our mom, Sandra Roberta Patterson on Thursday, November 20, 2014. Sandra lived 69 years very independently which was exactly how she wanted it. She had a beautiful heart, a gentle soul and a feisty spirit and she is very sadly missed by everyone who knew her and loved her. There was absolutely no boundaries to how much she loved her children and the feelings were mutual. She leaves behind 5 children, Doug Vandale, Jewel Amond, Darrin Amond, Crystal Abraham, Jo ann Amond. Also left to grieve is Sandra's mom Elizabeth
Mould, 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and numerous friends. Sandra was predeceased by her oldest son Dennis Vandale, her husband Rick Patterson and her dad Allan Mould. A funeral service will be at the Red Deer Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. All friends and family are welcome. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Sandra's honour may be made directly to the Golden Circle Seniors Resource Centre, 4620 - 47A Ave., Red Deer, AB T4N 3R4.
