Sandra (Bunce) Gill, 68 passed away Monday Dec 2, 2019 in the hospital in Meadow Lake, SK following a long battle with terminal cancer. Sandra was predeceased by her best friend and husband Emil Gill, Mother, Father, a sister and a brother. She leaves behind her son Tyson (Raina Moffat) Gill, daughter Kyla (Dave Coupland) Salmond, her 2 brothers Neil (Beth) Bunce and Roger (Chrystal) Bunce, sister/brother in laws Erna Gill, Caroline Gill, Alma (Adolf) Schneider and Hilma (Jake) Schlenker. Grandchildren: Justin Csernyanszki, Seanna Csernyanszki, Aaron Day, Corrven Gill, Aylena Gill, Ariel Moffat, Ryan Coupland, Kari Coupland, Ashly Coupland, Brayly Coupland. Cousins, nieces, nephews, great grandchildren and many friends.
Sandra was born in Wimborne, AB where she was raised on a farm nearby. Sandra was working at Olds College where she met her best friend and future husband, Emil Gill. Sandy was a wealth of trivia knowledge. She often, more than not knew the answers to Jeopardy or Wheel of Fortune. Sandy was the one you wanted on your team when playing trivia games.
She loved baking, reading and golfing. She was a member at Meadowlands Golf Club for 16 years.
There will be a Celebration of Life in the Spring of 2020. Details will be announced when finalized. Any donations may be made in Sandy's name to the Central Alberta Cancer Center.
