December 21, 1928 - January 17, 2020
Sarah "Ellen" Fox, age 91, passed away Friday, January 17, 2020. She was born December 21, 1928 in Vulcan, Alberta the first of 6 children. Ellen leaves to mourn her children; Margo (Myles) Jacobs, David (Donna) Fox and Robert (Lesley) Fox, special grandkids, Dean and Cheryl, and 3 other grandchildren, Mark, Tanya and Jeffrey, along with 5 great grandchildren. Her 2 brothers and 2 sisters will also mourn her passing. Many nieces and nephews were also able to garner love and appreciation from this wonderful woman.
Ellen lost her husband, Charles, in 2014, and dear sister, June, in 2011 leaving a big void in her life.
Ellen's favourite pastime was quilting and she was ready to share her talent with all interested. A quilt is on her design wall ready to be sewn. Gardening was her second pastime and she was already planning for the spring planting.
A family reception will be held January 28th at Red Deer Funeral Home.
