ENDERSBY Shannon Lorinda "Life isn't always wrapped up with a bow, but it's still a gift." We are deeply saddened to announce that Shannon passed away after a lengthy illness on June 23, 2009 at the age of 43 years. She is survived by her loving husband Rick Endersby of Chestermere, step children: Chad and Rodney, parents: Bill and Audrey Sanguin her loyal and faithful sister who was also her best friend Leanne Jobagy, brother Gerry (Jane) Sanguin, in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews. Shannon was predeceased by her sister Darlene Goemaat in 1994 and her brother Randy Sanguin in 2004. Shannon loved life and preferred to give more than receive. Prior to her illness Shannon was an avid golfer and was always up for a challenge on the golf course. She also loved to travel especially to Cabo San Lucas. Shannon loved camping at Pine Lake and was well known by the Saturday morning flea market crowd. Shannon had a passion and deep respect for animal life almost from infancy. She will be dearly missed by her beloved pets "Skye-dog" and her cats Sunny and Misty. In spite of her illness, Shannon still maintained a delightful sense of humour and enjoyed family gatherings. If she could have walked to shop, she would have, but couldn't so she shopped on line and loved it. She will also be missed by the Party-Lite "lady" and the U.P.S. delivery "guy." A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. If so desired, a memorial tribute may be made in Shannon's name directly to Calgary Humane Society (S.P.C.A.)
