Sharolyn Edith Grisdale Becker (nee Woodrow) passed away peacefully on her own terms - at home, surrounded by her family at the age of 78 on November 9, 2022.
Shari is predeceased by her loving husband Len and by her parents Bert and Achsah.
Shari is survived by her daughter, Danette Clayton, (Dan) and son Wade Becker (Kelly).
She will be missed by her grandchildren Meghan Clayton (Darren MacDonald), Justin Clayton (Amberly), Christian, Tyne, and Seth Becker. Great grandsons Carder, Keaton, Reece, Cooper and Nathan will also miss GG and her regular phone calls.
Joan Briscoe-Dore (Kevin) and Patty Woodrow (John) have lost their big sister.
Additionally, Shari will be remembered fondly by her nieces, nephews and many friends from Red Deer, Birchcliff, Arizona and beyond.
Shari worked for the City of Red Deer and loved to golf, paint, dance, have lunch with the "girls" and spend time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at Gaetz United Church, Red Deer, Alberta at 1:00 p.m. on Friday November 18, 2022.
