Sharon Pauline Bale

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 13th, 2019 at the Lacombe Hospital, in her 74th year, Sharon Pauline Bale (nee Oatman) of Red Deer, Alberta.
Born in Tillsonburg, Ontario to the late Wilfred Oatman and the late Doris (Avey) Oatman.
Sharon was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star since September 1982, first in Norwich, then Long Point than in the McDonald Chapter #167, Tillsonburg. Predeceased by her first husband, Bill Bale Sr. (Oct. 5, 2005), and by her second husband, Roger Develter (1988). Much-loved mother of three sons: Joe Bale, of RR3 Tillsonburg; Ron Bale, of Red Deer, and Bill (Tina) Bale, of Red Deer.
Proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of: Ronald (Patricia) Oatman, of RR3 Tillsonburg; Rosemarie Harding, of RR3 Tillsonburg (the late Ronald); Marilyn (Joseph) Leguee, of Culloden; and Jim Oatman, of RR3 Tillsonburg.
Also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by a much-loved daughter, Connie Pauline Bale (June 16, 2006).
Friends and relatives are invited to share favourite memories of Sharon with the family on Friday the 22nd of March from 7:00pm to 9:00pm in the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes Chapel, 262 Broadway St., Tillsonburg, Ontario.
Commemorative Service under the auspices of the officers and members of the Order of the Eastern Star, McDonald Chapter #167, Tillsonburg on Friday evening at 6:30 p.m.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday the 23rd of March at 2:00pm, in the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Chapel with Rev. Steven Amorin of First Baptist Church, Tillsonburg officiating. Interment to follow in Tillsonburg Cemetery. Cremation took place in Red Deer, Alberta. Donations in Sharon's memory are payable to "World Vision" through Maurice J.
