Mrs. Sheila Evelyn Small of Red Deer, Alberta passed away peacefully, at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre, Red Deer, Alberta, on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the age of 74 years.
A Private Celebration of Sheila's Life will be held at a later date.
