STEELE, Mrs. Beryl A. Steele (nee Tulloch) of Red Deer, passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Friday, April 21, 2006 at the age of 78 years. Beryl was born on August 24, 1927 at Glasgow, Scotland. She moved to Calgary, Alberta in 1954 with her husband, Keith. Beryl was a loving and devoted mother and a gracious and dear friend. Her heart was filled with love for her family, her neighbours, her friends and all living things. Beryl had a special love and appreciation for nature and the wildlife that lived within. She loved spending time in her backyard feeding her birds and listening to their beautiful songs and chirping. Beryl was a warm and funny person and a kind, loving and caring woman. "Once a friend to Beryl – a friend for life". Her thoughtful ways and kind deeds will never be forgotten. She was a nana to many children and the most loyal and caring neighbour one could ever ask for. Beryl will be very deeply missed but lovingly remembered and forever cherished in the hearts of her family and many dear friends. Beryl leaves to mourn her loss, her loving friends, Andrew of Calgary, Alberta and Joan of Faulkland, British Columbia, as well as numerous other extended family members, of Red Deer. Beryl was predeceased by her beloved husband, Keith and a daughter, Carolyn Battle. A Private Family Service will be held. Cremation entrusted to the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
