Mr. Stephen 'Steve' Mah, beloved husband of Mrs. Marilyn Mah of Red Deer, Alberta, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at the age of 62 years. Steve was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Steve was born and raised in Red Deer by his working parents, Wei and Moon, along with his two brothers, Chung and Al.
He grew up as their family business, Wei's Western Wear grew along with them. From humble beginnings, Steve had the best of an East and West upbringing. He attended Lindsey Thurber Comprehensive High School and then graduated from the University of Alberta in Business. Then, he moved to Toronto to pursue big city dreams, opening a retail business, making lifelong friendships, and marrying his loving wife, Marilyn.
Marilyn and Steve later raised their family, Michael and Nathan in Red Deer, and he welcomed his two girls, ViVi Mah, wife of Michael Mah, and Liyan, girlfriend of Nathan. He spent over thirty years greeting and serving the community in retail and has made and maintained many friendships to the end.
Steve will be well missed by his family, friends, community, and the Dialysis Unit in RDRHC.

A Funeral Service will be held at Parkland Funeral Home, Red Deer, Alberta on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 11:30 a.m.
Interment will be held at the Alto Reste Cemetery, Red Deer, Alberta, where Steve will be lovingly laid to rest beside his parents,
