TEULING 1954 - 2009 Mr. John George "Tag" Teuling of Bowden, Alberta passed away suddenly at the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta on Friday, April 17, 2009 at the age of 55 years. John was born on February 28, 1954 at Calgary, Alberta. Though John took great pride and joy in farming, his true love was for his wife of 31 years Gerty Teuling and their six children. For over 40 years John enjoyed watching and playing baseball. John will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by his wife Gerty; four daughters Pamela, Heather, Annamarie and Sara; two sons John and Henry, all of Bowden, Alberta. Also left to cherish his memory are three sisters Annie and Mary of Calgary, Alberta and Margaret of Thorsby, Alberta; three brothers Ken of Calgary, Alberta, Rick of Olds, Alberta and Ron of Ryley, Alberta and his parents Jake and Antonia of Bowden, Alberta. John was predeceased by one brother Robert. A Memorial Service for the late John George Teuling will be held at the First Christian Reformed Church, 16 - McVicar Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 1:00 pm.
