EALY, Thomas R. It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Thomas R. Ealy, at his home in Red Deer, on September 14, 2004 at the age of 55 years. Tom is survived by his daughter Stacy (Paul) Mudiman and their children Hayden and Paige of Vancouver, B.C; son Jason (Melissa) Otermat and their children Tamara, Danielle, and Kyle of Wetaskawin, AB.; brother Ronn (Anna) Ealy of San Jose, California; favorite sister Sherrie (Mike) Bates of Gadsby, AB; brother Frank (Elanor) Gorjans of Stettler, AB; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by special friend Val Portras and her children Jennifer and Nicole of Red Deer, AB. At Tom's request there will be no formal funeral. However, a private memorial service will be held at his sister's home in Gadsby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alberta Lung Association. Funeral arrangements are in care of the Red Deer Funeral Home and Crematorium.
