Trudy Skoreyko's (nee Zieglgansberger) time on earth was from January 6, 1941 to January 12, 2017. Judy was born in Pierceland, Saskatchewan on a cold winter's day at a neighbors. She met the love of her life, her husband Tom, in the spring of 1958 and married on September 8, 1958 in Lloydminster, Alberta. They were married for over 58 years. Trudy has five children, Ron, Ken, Laura, Doug, and Jim. Ron's wife Shannon is her only and very special daughter in law. Ron, Shannon and their family live in Lacombe; Ken, Laura, Doug, and Jim live in Red Deer. Trudy has eight grandchildren; Brandi, Mindy, Nicole, Katie, Ryan, Cassidy, Courtney, and Lee, as well as five great grandchildren; Dayton, Lucian, Delilah, Aurora, and Carver. She is survived by six siblings; George, Joe, Diana, Linda, Bob, and Randy, along with all of their families residing in many areas of Canada and the United States. She made many lifelong friends that will truly miss her. Trudy was predeceased by her mother on March 13, 1980 and father on June 13, 1983. Trudy loved snowmobiling and snowmobile racing as well as curling, bowling, bingo, playing canasta and going to the Casino's. Her biggest love and dedication in life was for all of her family. Box 4500, Station South, Edmonton, Alberta T6E 6K2. A memorial service will be held at Red Deer Funeral Home, 6150-67th Street, Red Deer, Alberta, on Friday May 26th, 2017 at 2:00 P.M.
