It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Vivian Gervais of Red Deer, Alberta on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the age of 54 years. Vivian will be lovingly remembered by her mother and stepfather, Ena and Brad Screpnek her daughter, Donna (Chris) Hort and her beloved grandchildren, Heather and Caiden Hort, all of Red Deer, Alberta. She will also be very sadly missed by her brothers, Anthony Gervais and Roland (Tari) Gervais and her sister, Nancy Gervais (Anthony Fobert), also all of Red Deer. Vivian was predeceased by her father, Noel Gervais in 2004. A Celebration of Vivian's Life will be held at the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge, 140 Petrolia Drive, Red Deer, Alberta on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. If desired, Memorial Donations in Vivian's honor may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta and N.W.T. at www.heartandstroke.ab.ca.
