VOPNI 2006 - 2009 Serenity Vopni passed away peacefully at the Medicine Hat Hospital on Sunday, April 19, 2009 at the age of two years and four months old. Serenity was born on November 27, 2006 at Red Deer, Alberta. Serenity loved bright lights, music and being sung to. She was a very happy girl who loved to giggle and laugh. She is survived by her loving parents, Lindsey and Kristifer Vopni of Red Deer, Alberta, grandparents, Brenda Vopni, Step dad Randy Podelecki, Miles & Andrea Vopni, Melanie Taylor, Terry Ouelette, great-grand parents, Carmen Taylor, Jean & Gerald Vopni uncles, Dakota Newcombe, Brent (Jenny) Vopni , great uncles, Philip Taylor, Tony Taylor, aunts, Nina Vopni, Susan (Bill) Vopni, Carla (Dennis) Vopni, Joyce (Sid) Vopni, Joyce, great aunts, Diane (Harvey) Otteson, Thaylia (Keith) Fence, Debbie (Jim) Moore, Jackie (Barry) Anderson. Serenity was predeceased by her great grandpa Leroy Taylor. A Celebration of Serenity's life will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapel, 4820 - 45 Street, Red Deer on Friday, April 24, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be held at Alto Reste Cemetery, Red Deer, Alberta.
