It is with deep sorrow that we announce Wallace Harold Murray of Red Deer, AB. passed away at Red Deer Regional Hospital on Tuesday, November 17th, 2009 at the age of 85 years. Wallace will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years; Stella Murray, and his daughter; Betty (Roger) Croswell of Red Deer, as well as three grandchildren; Tina (Vernon) McNeil of Swan Hills, AB, Teresa Croswell of Red Deer, AB, and Jody Croswell (Jason Baumbach) of Red Deer, AB, and six great-grandchildren. Also left to cherish memories of Wallace is his sister; Doreen (Glen) Paul of Devon, AB. Wallace was predeceased by his parents, two brothers and one sister. In celebration of Wallace's life, a Memorial Tea will take place on Saturday, November 21st, 2009 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Red Deer Funeral Home (6150 - 67 Street, Red Deer, AB).
