Walter passed away peacefully on February 18, 2021 at the Revera Jasper Place Long Term Care Home in Edmonton, Alberta at 5:45pm at the age of 97.
Walter was Born on August 23, 1923 in Langenburg, Saskatchewan. He later moved to Red Deer where he married Leona and raised his family, Lillian (Daughter) and Carl (Son).
He was predeceased by his loving wife Leona in 2003.
Walter leaves behind his children Lillian Howarth and Carl Schultz; grandchildren Dustin, Jaymee, Jeff and Patty; 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
