Wesley REAY

REAY Wesley Earl passed away on November 25, 2005 in Kelowna, B.C. Survived by Helen, his loving wife of 56 years. Also four sons and three daughters and their families. Bob (Karen), Mathew Reay of Red Deer and Christine of Edmonton, Harold (Kellie), Brett and Jodie Reay of Kelowna, Ken Reay, Cathy, Trish, Brandi and Shane Parker of Red Deer, Rick Reay of Winfield and his sons Josh and Cody Reay of Vernon, Lori (Jesse) Chelsea and Dustin Stubbs of Winfield. Predeceased by his daughter Connie and survived by Connie's children, Denise and Dale Orge. Also numerous great grandchildren. Wes is also survived by three sisters and one brother, Tottie Powell, Ponoka, Nettie Glover, Red Deer, Violet Stannard, Calgary, Ronald Reay, Red Deer. Wes was a member of Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry. He was a veteran of WWII and proudly served his country with honour in France, Belgium, Germany and Holland. As a Father, Grandfather and Papa, Wes will be missed greatly by all who have come to know and love him. We'll miss you Wes, but know you'll rest in peace with the love of your family always with you. Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 2, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the Salvation Army Church. Reception will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall. Inurnment at the Red Deer Cemetery.
