William John "Bill"
William John "Bill" Guenther passed away on November 9th, 2009 at the age of 93 years. Bill was a long-time resident of the Sylvan Lake Area as a farmer and rancher. Bill loved spending time with his family, being involved with his church, his farm and he adored his Simmental cattle. Bill will be lovingly remembered by: his sons, Dennis (Cheryl) and James (Cheryl Anne); his daughter, Donna (Mark); daughter-in-law, Margaret; 15 grandchildren as well as 19.5 great grandchildren. Bill was predeceased by his wife, Hazel; second wife, Sylvia; son, Bryce and great granddaughter, Vanessa. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 16th, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 8 Keast Way, Red Deer, AB. with Bishop Doug Higham officiating.
