PARKER, William Mr. William E. (Bill) Parker of Red Deer passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on Monday, September 13, 2004 at the age of 70 years. Bill's memory will be cherished by his loving wife Norma of Red Deer, his son Doug of Calgary and daughter Lorri Dawn of Red Deer. His memory will be further cherished by his three sisters Frances Massie and Charlotte Knapek both of Granum, Alberta as well as Norma Jean Parker of British Columbia.
