WILLIAMSON 1942- 2008 Charles Williamson, beloved husband of Mariette (Paquette) of Blackfalds, departed peacefully while vacationing in California on Friday, January 4, 2008, at the age of 65 years. Charles was born on May 21, 1942 at Drumlithie, Scotland. Charles was a devoted and caring husband, father and grandfather. Charles is survived by his loving wife, Mariette Williamson of Blackfalds, his loving daughter, Carla (Casper) Deitz of Whitecourt, his four grandchildren, Taylor, Kayden, Skye and Tanner, a brother, Ron (Veronica) Williamson of Nanaimo, British Columbia, a sister-in-law, Joan MacIntyre of Lytton, British Columbia, his mother-in-law, Gilberte Paquette of Red Deer nine brothers and sisters-in-law, Bernard (Clemy) Paquette of Red Deer, Andre (Ruby) Paquette of Prince George, British Columbia, Lorraine Moody of Leduc, Alberta, Sr. Lise Paquette of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Gerard (Linda) Paquette, Jacques (Rachelle) Paquette, Jean (Janet) Paquette, Genevieve (Brian) Kristian all of Red Deer, Florence (Doug) Lett of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and numerous nieces and nephews. Charles was predeceased by his parents, Jim and Agnes Williamson, a brother, James Williamson, a sister-in-law, Pat Paquette, brother-in-law, Pierre Paquette (infant) and his father-in-law, Conrad Paquette. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 5508-48A Avenue, Red Deer, on Friday, January 18, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation entrusted to O’Connor Mortuary, Laguna Hills, California.
