WOODWARD Mrs. Florence R. Woodward of Rimbey, Alberta passed away quietly at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Rimbey on Friday, April 10, 2009 at the age of 90 years. Florence will be lovingly remembered by her beloved husband of 57 years, Harold; and her daughter, Lois Johnston of Rimbey; as well as two cherished grandchildren, Dustin and Lance. She will also be lovingly remembered by three sisters, Sara Letts of Edmonton; Dorothy (Frank) Meneghetti of Oliver, B.C.; and Alice Kennedy (Frank) of Vancouver, B.C.; in addition to several nieces and nephews. Florence was predeceased by her parents; and two sisters, Agnes Halliday and Margaret Watts. A Public Memorial Service in Celebration of Florence's Life was held at the Rimbey Church of the Nazarene, Rimbey on Friday, April 17, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend Dave MacMillan officiating. Cremation took place at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer.
