Re: “Black Lives Matter message deserves to be heard,” Letter, June 18.
What about the rest of us? Don’t we count as well?
I am Caucasian. I did not choose the colur of my skin or the country where I was born.
Racism is wrong, and to say back lives matter is a racist slur against the rest of humanaity.
All lives matter.
The pulling down of statues and nonuments will not change history. They should serve as a reminder of past atrocities. If we choose to deny history, it will surely repeat itself.
We are one people, and there is only one race: the human race.
