Nurses who are able to continue working face contract rollbacks that will result in harsher working conditions and a reduced ability to advocate for safe patient care. The province needs nurses not just now, in the middle of a global pandemic and an economic crisis, but always. By decreasing their pay, they are jeopardizing the health of Albertans.
