I’d like to thank and commend City of Red Deer workers who have been taking such good care of our walking/biking trails in the city.
While the weather has conspired to make many of our streets and sidewalks treacherously icy, my recent bike ride on riverside trails found the route freshly scraped, smoothed and gravelled.
A treat, compared with a lot of our roadways.
When just about every other enjoyable activity has been made illegal during our Covid-19 pandemic, at least we can still walk or ride through our parks and natural areas. Much appreciated.
