Since there appears to be drug and crime issues around the temporary homeless shelter to the point of removing it from downtown, you wonder which neighbourhood these issues will be transferred to once the shelter moves.
What neighbourhood has the capacity to absorb these crime and drug related issues?
Will the funds for extra downtown policing go to the unlucky neighbourhood?
Will there be subsidies for the residents and businesses that could be affected?
It is a tough decision, I hope these issues are addressed instead of just moving them.
