I would like to affirm my support for the Red Deer Public School board in its decision to not recognize Pride Week.
I also appreciate the right of people to peacefully protest this decision, but I hope the board stands by its decision.
The school board should listen to different opinions, including those of the protesters, but I urge you to not change your mind on this issue.
