Letter: Red Deer’s double standard in downtown core

I noted in the March 3 edition of the Advocate that the City of Red Deer is unable to manage public washrooms in the downtown area because of the social disorder.

I noted in the March 3 edition of the Advocate that the City of Red Deer is unable to manage public washrooms in the downtown area because of the social disorder.

Businesses, however, are expected to operate there and pay property taxes, business taxes and licences in that same environment.

This is another example of suspect leadership from city hall.
