Letter: Some already know future of RDC despite a study underway

I find it interesting that in spite of the government commissioning a study into the future of post secondary education in Alberta, presumably at some expense, and from which there has not yet been a report, that the Advanced Education Minister Demetrios Nicolaides and the MLA for Red Deer-South, Jason Stephan, seem to already know what will be recommended for the Red Deer and Grand Prairie Colleges.
