So, our Red Deer South MLA Jason Stephan was on vacation to the U.S. over Christmas while the rest of us stayed home (did not travel), isolated, self-distanced, wore masks, and generally tried health measures to mitigate the influence of the coronavirus. What is wrong with this picture?
