3 Downs, 3 Picks is a weekly CFL video breaking down news around the league and previewing the week ahead.

And then there were four!

This Saturday is the CFL division finals, but before a look ahead, let's take a peek at what happened in the CFL's division semi-finals:

  • If you’re a gambler, we hope you took the over in the Ottawa-Toronto game as both offences come to play, but their defences didn’t. Ottawa quarterback Dru Brown went 46/61 for 476 yards and three touchdowns… and lost. Chad Kelly did one better, throwing for four touchdowns, helping Toronto to the 58-38 win, ending Ottawa’s season;
  • In the other division semifinals, the Lions Lionsed in their game against the Saskatchewan Roughriders. The Leos struggled on defence, didn’t take care of the ball, and their quarterback punted?! Vernon Adams Jr. threw two touchdowns but also three interceptions while Saskatchewan quarterback Trevor Harris threw for 279 yards and touchdown and AJ Ouellette ran for two scores as Saskatchewan won 28-19.
