Alberta Hockey Provincial Championship tournaments in Central Alberta

A handful of Hockey Alberta Hockey Provincial Championship tournaments will be in Central Alberta this month.

Teams from across the province are gearing up for the championships which run from March 15 to 25. Thirty-nine provincial champions will be crowned across Alberta – from bantam A to senior AAA.

The midget female AAA championship will be in Red Deer, hosted by the Red Deer Sutter Fund Chiefs, and Rimbey will host the midget C finals March 22-25.

From March 15-18, Rocky Mountain House will host the bantam B championship, the best atom D teams will battle in Bentley and the top bantam female B teams will play in Stettler.

Provincial championship host locations were awarded in mid-December.
