The Red Deer Riot won a pair of home games in the Rocky Mountain Junior Girls’ Lacrosse League during the weekend.
The Riot downed the Calgary Cardinals 5-3 Sunday after beating the Sherwood Park Titans 9-6 Saturday.
Deanna Hume led the Riot against the Cardinals with three goals while Kyle Courte and Paige Gillespie-Sweetnam potted single markers.
Hume scored four times against the Titans with Jenessa Sullivan and Gillespie-Sweetnam adding a pair of goals each and Alexis Monk one.
The Riot visit the Titans Saturday and return home Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at the Kinex against the Calgary Sabrecats.
