Kings and Queens finish strong at Grand Prix #4

Snow wasn’t able to slow down RDC runners at the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference Grand Prix four.

Despite a wild snowstorm in Calgary ahead of the race in Calgary hosted by the SAIT Trojans, the RDC Kings collected a first-place finished and the Queens earned second.

Lacombe’s Daniel Szucs, a second-year business administration student finished third among ACAC men’s runners in 28 minutes and 42 seconds in the eight kilometre race.

Shayla Sklaruk, the second-year runner led the Queens with a fifth-place finish (25:33).
