It’s one helmet, one jersey for receiver Nik Lewis The 26-year-old receiver isn’t interested in playing for a team other than the Calgary Stampeders and has signed a multi-year extension with the CFL club. “As long as they want me around here I’ll be here and the day they don’t want me I’ll probably retire,” Lewis said Tuesday at McMahon Stadium. “I’m pretty sure they’ll keep me around if I play at the level I’ve been playing at.” Lewis was a key ingredient in the Stampeders’ success of 2008: a 13-5 record to finish first in the West, the No. 2 rated offence and Calgary’s first Grey Cup win since 2001.

The South Arkansas product and Mineral Wells, Texas, native had a career high 87 receptions and 10 touchdowns in 2008, which was his fifth season with Calgary.
