Midget AAA Braves knock off Calgary Junior Dinos

The Red Deer Midget AAA Braves got back in the win column Saturday.

In Norwest League play, the Braves shutout the Calgary Junior Dinos 4-0 at Great Chief Park.

Josh Zinger pitched a solid six shutout innings for Red Deer to earn the victory and Zach Baker got the final out to finish off the game.

Red Deer plays the Calgary Bandits at 6 p.m. and then take on the Dawgs 16U on Monday afternoon on the road.
