The Notre Dame Cougars wrestling team had a strong showing at the Alberta Schools Athletic Association Rural Provincials.
Notre Dame was led by Sebastian Carrillio, who won silver in the 90kg male category.
Sam Colosimo also had a chance at a medal in the 90kg weight class but ended up in fourth.
Jayden Tattrie, who finished third in his pool wound up sixth overall in the 79kg category.
As a team, they finished fourth, just five points out of third place.
In the 1A/2A girls event, Koinonia Christian finished tied for third. In the 3A boys category, the St. Joseph’s Falcons finished in a five-way tie for third.
