Kalan Lind looks on track to join the Red Deer Rebels in the near future.
As the sixth overall pick in the 2020 WHL Bantam Draft, Lind inked a standard player agreement with the Rebels Tuesday.
The Shaunavon, Sask. had a remarkable 2019-20 season, recording 68 goals and 52 assists in 27 games with Swift Current in the Saskatchewan Bantam Hockey Hockey League. He was one of seven players from the province selected in the first round.

Lind, 15, is the younger brother of Kole Lind, who played 197 games in the WHL with the Kelowna Rockets and was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in the second round of the 2017 NHL Draft.
Kalan is not eligible to join the Rebels until the 2021-22 WHL season.
