The Red Deer Vipers are rolling once again as the Heritage Junior B Hockey League regular season winds down.

Red Deer topped the Ponoka Stampeders 3-2 Saturday night at the Servus Arena and extended their win streak to 10 games.

Aidan Wilson opened the scoring for the Vipers, but Dakota Sullivan tied it on the power play for Ponoka midway through the first.

Mark Differenz and Logan Linnell each added goals in the second for Red Deer and Ponoka’s Walker Guthrie added a third-period tally.

Brandon Bilodeau turned aside 29 shots in the victory for the Vipers.

Red Deer will finish off the regular season next weekend, with a visit to Three Hills to take on the Thrashers Feb. 9, before hosting the Blackfalds Wranglers on Feb. 10.
