The Red Deer Vipers extended their win streak to four games with relative ease Saturday.

The Red Deer Vipers extended their win streak to four games with relative ease Saturday.

They rolled to a 16-0 shutout victory on home ice over the Three Hills Thrashers in Heritage Junior B Hockey League play.

Red Deer scored four times in the opening five minutes of the contest and rolled from there. Cody Jackson had a pair of goals in the first, while Keaton Sawicki, Connor Sullivan and Brady Kalinowski all added tallies.

Jackson finished off the hat trick in the second, and Jace Paarup also notched a hat trick in the victory. Defenceman Keagan Kingwell had seven points in the game, with a goal and six assists.

Adan Wilson and Mack Difference each had a goal and two assists. Former Lethbridge Hurricane Ryan Vandervlis also had a big night, with a goal and four assists.

Justin Anderson made just 18 saves for the shutout.
