REGINA — Saskatchewan’s Crown auto insurer is giving Roughriders football fans the chance to score a special licence plate.

Premier Brad Wall says vehicle owners will be able to use the Rider Pride plates instead of their regular ones.

It’s a way for Saskatchewan Government Insurance to honour the CFL team’s 100th anniversary.

The plates will feature the team logo, the phrase “Pride Lives Here” and the letter R followed by four numbers.

The plates can be ordered starting May 19 and will cost $50.

Personalized Rider licence plates will also be available for an additional $75.
